Cognition is how an agent reasons, on four sliders: Analytical↔Holistic (logic vs big-picture), Detail↔Realization (precision vs execution), Internal↔External (reflection vs outward focus), and Goal↔Path (outcome- vs process-driven). The bar shows where the agent sits between each pair — match analytical/detail agents to precise work, holistic/path agents to open-ended work.
